1. Introduction
Welcome to HADEALZ LTD. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ATOL Protection:
HADEALZ LTD does not hold its own ATOL licence. We act as an agent for Brightsun Travel (UK) Limited which holds ATOL number 3853.
2. Our Role as an Agent
HADEALZ LTD acts as an agent for Brightsun Travel (UK) Limited (ATOL 3853) and other travel principals (airlines, hotels, car hire companies, tour operators). Your contract for the travel services is with the principal provider, not with HADEALZ LTD.
For ATOL-protected flight-inclusive holidays, your booking is held by Brightsun Travel (UK) Limited as the ATOL holder, and the ATOL Certificate will be issued in their name.
As an agent, we accept no liability for:
- The acts or omissions of the principal provider
- The quality or performance of the travel services
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the travel services
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued a booking confirmation invoice.
3.2 Deposits
For most bookings, a deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where we fail to confirm your booking.
3.3 Final Payment
Final payment is due no later than 10 weeks before departure unless otherwise stated. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking with loss of deposit.

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Please note:
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
- Airline taxes, fuel surcharges, and government fees may change after booking
- You may be required to pay any increases in taxes or fees
5. Changes and Cancellations by You
5.1 Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be in writing to info@hadealz.co.uk. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
6. Passport, Visas and Health Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring:
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
- Visas: Obtained before travel for all destinations and transit countries
- Health: Meet all health requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests)
- Insurance: Have appropriate travel insurance

Travel insurance is MANDATORY for all bookings. You must have comprehensive coverage including:
8. Baggage Allowance
Baggage allowances vary significantly by airline and fare type. It is your responsibility to check your baggage allowance before travel. Excess baggage fees are payable directly to the airline at check-in.
9. Flight Schedules and Delays
Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines. For compensation claims under UK/EU Regulation 261/2004, you must contact the airline directly. We can assist for a £25 administrative fee.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We act only as an agent and are not liable for acts or omissions of travel providers
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, weather)
10.1 Amadeus API Disclaimer
HADEALZ LTD uses the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) to provide flight search, pricing, and booking functionality. While we strive for accuracy, please note:
- Flight availability, schedules, and fares are provided in real-time by Amadeus and are subject to change without notice
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful ticket issuance via Amadeus
- In the event of technical issues with the Amadeus API, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative solutions
- We are not liable for errors originating from the Amadeus system, including but not limited to incorrect fare displays, seat availability, or schedule changes made by airlines through the GDS
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government orders, pandemics, or utility failures.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
